I have been driving for the same agency for the past 5 years but have never received or asked for any holiday pay. I don’t work full time, for eg in the last year April 14-15 i worked a total of 46 days, am i entitled to holiday pay? are they required to pay me holiday pay? Any comments gratefully received .
Are you PAYE for this agency?
If your PAYE. May I suggest you look up ‘Agency Worker Regulations Act 2010’
All employees on PAYE regardless of the fact they’re agency or fulltime are entitled to 28 days pro rata, roughly 12% of your basic rate.

Working a total of 46 days, assuming 8hrs minimum and that you are on PAYE you’re entitled to roughly 44hrs holiday pay. Even if you only did one day for them you’d be entitled to holiday pay.
