I have got my Cat “C” practical test a week today, next Saturday.
If I don’t surrender my license can I start my C+E training on the Monday if I passed my test, sit my C+E and if I pass that surrender my license and it will come back with B,B1,BE,C1,C1E,C,CE?
If you sit your Mod4 before you pass Cat C will you be sent your DQC or will it be sent once you pass LGV class 2? Do you have to surrender your license to get your DQC?

When you pass your cat c your licence will have to go to Swansea and will come back with a full cat c and provisional CE. Until you’ve got it, you can’t train.
Having passed your CE it will come back with the groups you’ve listed.
If you pass your mod 4 before mod 3 (practical driving test) the card will be issued once you’ve passed mod 3. You don’t surrender your licence for this.
