Don’t want to be a doom and gloom merchant mate but she can refuse to return your hgv entitlement. I know people who have been banned and have had there hgv suspended for a further few months.
Hopefully as you have already got your car licence back you may just get a telling off but a letter from your potential employer may be a good idea to bring with you

The reference or promise letter is a good idea. I had a letter and they didn’t even call me in, just gave me an extra 3 months before I was given my licence back. It didn’t matter at the time as I had been shunting during my ban.

You were prosecuted by a court of law. The Traffic Commissioner has seen fit to have you in for a hearing as to whether you’re suitable to hold a licence.
Simple fact is several people making decisions through the chain have decided you were at fault. Its not just one narky copper. Its the copper, the CPS, the Judge, DVLA and the TC and they were all aware of more facts than the one sided story you posted here.
I have only your facts to go on and your word and not knowing you, that counts for very little. Remember that most people in prison think they’re innocent…

well guys,was in front of miss joan aitken today,a lovely lady(hahahahahaha) but basically told me if it happens again,i wont be an hgv driver,so just waiting on the licence to come to go back to work.
Got there in the end!
Learn the lesson my good man,next time she may have P.M.T. and she wont be quite so nice.
i have learnt the lesson,it will not happen again,a mate of mine got caught for a second time an got 2 yr ban an £1000 fine,never want to get that
