Africa

Interesting article (short too  ) and some excellent pictures including a few very recognisable motors and liveries :open_mouth: CLICKY

Interesting to see how the authorities meddling messes up transport wherever you are :imp: :imp: :imp: :unamused: :unamused:

Great site but sad old pictures. When Britain started the Ground Nut Scheme in Africa many years ago they issued the local African workmen with a wheelbarrow each. They queued up outside the shed & when given the barrow they hoisted it on their heads & walked away to work with it. They had never seen a barrow before. It looks looks things havenโ€™t changed all that much.
They were also issued CAT bulldozers & promptly charged at elephants ,until the elephants charged back!
