Has anybody worked for this company or know what it’s like to work for??

My cousin is at the willenhall depot but I haven’t spoke to him for a while.
He does the spar store deliveries on class 1 and has been there 10+ years which I suppose shows it’s either decent or he is a glutton for punishment. Tbh it’s more likely they are decent cos he isn’t an idiot to be fair.
When I lived in the area the word was they were alright to work for - average money, average workload etc

Recently did 7hrs DCPC at Willenhall, met some of the drivers. Got the impression it’s decent enough.
BTW course was £50 alll in, if anyone is interested.
