as stated before i and one other driver are getting advisory notices on our infringement notices stating at end of shift - mode unknown , rest assumed and times
were switching digi tacho to rest at end of shift
pressing eject button
pressing o.k to country u.k
then o.k to 24 hr printout
same as all our other drivers execept were the only two that run past midnight, they think it could be that but no one at moment can be sure.
were being told to just sign sheets as there just advisory and not infringements, its obvious were having the breaks
but how do you stand signing for advisory notices, its at least a month and were still getting them, how would vosa view it.
anyone else out there with a siemens digi who runs past midnight, do you get them
