My other half has purchased a microwave to go in my truck, I told her it had to be a low wattage one so it works ok.

She spotted this on ebay 400157446286

Obviously she only read the 600w bit. It arrived today and when I checked the label on the back it says input 1000w and microwave output 600w. Now I know she has also sent off for this inverter for it

Now i need to know if the 2 are compatable

Probably just about compatible but you are going to have to either connect the inverter directly to the battery or through a dedicated feed from the fuse box.

The fitter at work will put it in for me, he said he will wire it direct to the cable coming in to the fusebox.
