Hi, I’ve just passed my class 1 and am looking to sign up with some agencies in and around Liverpool and am wondering if anyone has any advice/opinions. I’ve been driving class 2 for about 8 yrs and left my previous job a few months ago so I could get my class 1 and hopefully get some class 1 work fairly soon.
Drive Time recruitment are pretty good. I’d be going to them myself if my old man didn’t have a tanker job lined up for me. When I passed my class 2, they found me work the same day.
Last time I was there, they were looking for class 1 drivers to start at Aldi.
And I think they’re based in Ellesmere Port (might have an office a bit closer)
I was delivering to B&M in Liverpool last week and they were advertising for full time HGV drivers,might be worth a shot!
