Hello all, this is my first post!!! A question about weekly rest,
I worked until 13.30 sat 25 -10-08
Off sun and mon.
WORK 07.30-17.30-TUE thru FRI.
If I work sat-1-10 -08 7.30 until 12.30. what time can I start duty on mon 3-11-08? I would have to have a full 45 hours off,at the end off next week.
I hope this is clear toyou all.

You should be able to reduce your weekly rest down as far as 24 hours if you want, so long as you make up the difference within the following 3 weeks.
A reduced weekly rest compensation can be attached to any daily or weekly rest break.
So, if you reduce to 36 hours, you could start 00:30 monday morning, you’d just have to have a weekly rest of 54 hours instead of 45 within 3 weeks to make it up.
If you started as usual at 07:30, you’d have had 43 hours weekly rest, so within 3 weeks, you’d have to add those extra 3 hours to a daily or weekly rest to make it all add up right.
Or, if you don’t like the idea of messing around with compensation, you could start at 09:30 and have your full 45 off.
I think I got that pretty much right for this week’s version of the rules
