Advice on driver cpc case studies and driver cpc practical

Hi I have booked the cpc case studies test for December and will then follow on with the practical. I have already passed my theory and hazard perception. How hard are these and is there any studying that I can should or need to do ?

Thanks Andy

I’ve just fail my test. Some questions are stupid or I’ve just been unlucky with them.

Little tip for the practical. Something I was told on the morning of my module 4 test. “If you come back with clean hands, you haven’t passed”.

In module 4, you’ll be asked a bunch of questions of things like load distribution and security, your daily checks etc. As you talk the examiner through it, do it yourself. Get out of the truck and walk round it checking the lights, the back doors, the tires etc. Look out for subtle hints that the examiner may drop. Say he asked you a question about your daily checks and you missed the tires. The examiner may lean up against the truck and start to kick the tire. They can’t actually tell you that you missed it but they can give you hints.

Its not a hard test, it just catches lazy people out.
