Thanks for the advice conner but they wont employ anyone direct no core drivers, only through agencies on ltd. The rates are the same for sat/sun its a set amount each shift. The money isnt bad but not enough to live off 4 on 4 off about £22k a year with no holiday pay if you worked 5 days about £30k but this would not be achievable as hours would too high at 60 hours a week. I have a new job lined up now with a different agency with more opertunities to book breaks/poa so i will have to give this job a miss. It would be in this jobs employers interest to employ drivers full time and give them holidays and pay a decent wage for 4 on 4 off or they are going to keep struggling to keep drivers.
