Any one done deliverys to conwy inside the castle walls. I know you have to come in though the back but dose anyone know how to get back out. As it all one way and no matter which way you go you end up coming to a arch that you can’t fit under. Or do you know if you can go back up a one way street as that the only way possible to get back out.

Just put Conway Castle into google maps, zoom in and it shows you all the one way streets
Going from past experience make sure your no more than 13.6ft high as there`s one arch on the way out 14.00 hits the arch,buses get under but they have a rounded roof corners
Am I getting mixed up, or did we have to go through Conwy (80s/early90s) under an arch before it was by passed?
If so I’m sure I used to get through it ok with high trailers.

I think you could get through a higher arch going one way but coming back entailed quite a diversion.

Its been a long time back,but I recall having to stop at the unmanned cop shop to get guidance under the arch as it was less than 14.00ft heading north,(fortunately the copper had just returned for his break) Double decker buses used to go under it but as I previously said they had rounded corners.Dead central we got through.
