i know a subbie who worked for em he said its a doddle of a job all plastic n recycled stuff i couldnt tell you about money but from what he gathered they were on a decent wage but maxing there card most weeks
o and you will get a nice fancy motor 
I don’t work directly for them but my company does, if that makes sense? And I know and talk to a majority of their drivers regularly.
They’re and good money, good kit, well maintained by main dealer, full uniform provided.
Only downside is you will max your hours out and might get an unexpected Friday night out at short notice!
If I had the chance and needed to change my job id go there without hesiation!
Mate of mine works there, and he seems to be really happy there in fairness, dont hear him grumble.
I phoned a couple of week ago and they said they may be looking for some more drivers in a few weeks, must give them a call back

They do, most of there trucks are outbased, Trafford park, mid Wales, Spalding.
