I am considering going for my ADR, already having my class 2. Can anyone advise me how difficult the test is and where to get any reading material to study for it, eg book or disc.
You won’t need any study material, it will all be covered on the course, its very straight forward
Its not that hard if I can pass it, anyone else can, the exams themselves are multiple choice, I done my classes in packages and tanks recently, its the equivalent of an nvq level 2. As for revision beforehand I recommend learning the classes and plaqards for the relevant groups dieseldave has done a good post on the subject. As for the rest of the course content its better to attend and listen to your instructor as he should cover all areas that apply to you as an ADR driver and put it in tô côntext for you so u can understand…
It’s a fairly basic course, nothing to study really. The real learning starts when you get a job in that field.
