I’ve just completed my ADR with tankers and just awaiting the card to arrive… (nothing new there!). It was with Sigma in Essex and I also had the 28 hours CPC included for about £130 on top of the course price.
If you’re in Essex, speak to Driver Support Services in Basildon… they cover the majority of ADR contracts in the area, as far as I’m aware…
Someone has to take you on with no experience, otherwise thought that insist on 2 years would never get drivers!
We take on people with no experience and that’s for ADR Class 1. Usually it’s the person and the attitude that counts the most.

Sigma keep popping up,so I guess I’ll give them a ring.Cheers for the info.
Talk to Manpower as well. I have done my ADR in July and Manpower took me on their Calor gas contract in September with no previous ADR experience. I have done my ADR with Sigma as well, they are really good.

BP have over 300 employed drivers ,and they recruit from their agency pool when required.Wow that’s news to me, an ACTUAL BP employed driver told me otherwise, I believe they even wear a different uniform to the monarch drivers but I might be wrong…
Nkh22:
Previously applied to Hoyer when they was only asking for 2yrs driving experience. But talking to people they only took on ADR qualified drivers.Even though the advert said training will be given…?!Put yourself in their shoes, who would you recruit if you had loads of applicants who already held their ADR?
Well your ACTUAl BP driver is wrong and Monarch are BP issued PPE . How do I know ? Work it out !,
