ADR LGV Training and employment guarantee

I have decided on a career change and I have been researching where to do my cat C and C+E training with the best chance of employment. I live in Norwich and have contacted I few places Flair, NTS and ADR, an agency which also offers training. Flairs had the best prices, NTS were good and they’re on my doorstep but ADR say they guarantee a job and training on the job between getting C cat and test for C+E and employment after but they are more expensive. I have googled them but cannot find any more info. I don’t mind working for lower wages, traveling to the job or anti social hours. I think that training on the job between C and C+E would be a lot better than an intensive and the guarantee would be good or should I do the training and then look for work? What do you guys think?

I am always wary of job guarantees unless its one by the company you are already working for

LGV Training Network focusses on upgrading Class 2 drivers to Class 1 and guarantees newly passed Class 1 drivers 37.5 hours per week with our sister division ADR Network,

No mention of those doing C and the initial dcpc if needed !

Thanks for your repy. They told me about the cat C on the phone and the training and upgrade between.

Do they have their own trucks or farm you out to another provider? - easiest way to be sure is to ask for an assessment drive before paying anything

Their ‘sister’ company does the training called LGV training network. They have pictures of their vehicles with the logos.
