idrive:
the instructor will tell you the answers during the final day exam.
Just to be clear, for anyone tempted to take that seriously, that’s not how it is, I certainly don’t do that and neither does TN ADR guru Diesel Dave.
Was idrive putting out the rod for a catch [emoji1787] either way my intention is to learn and understand the content, put me in good stead for the future

Just my own experience mate, I must have picked a bad one.
The course itself was quite interesting in a general knowledge kind of way, but would have left me lacking if I was actually going on to ADR work.
Personally I have never used it and it was a waste of £500.
Ah well - it was a free course in an lgv platinum package if passed class 1 first time
I’ve taught one full-week course via Zoom, with candidates coming into the centre for the exams. Personally I feel that candidates found it easier to absorb the info when they were in the classroom, still got great pass results though
Our exams are always online but that is not the same as doing the exams remotely.
For anyone planning to do an ADR course it’s definitely something you want to find out before you book: with online exams you get the results within 15 minutes of the last candidate finishing the exams; with paper exams you’ll be waiting a number of weeks
Yes there are “rogue” instructors who cheat by helping candidates, but it shouldn’t be necessary if the candidate is remotely half-way capable - ADR ain’t rocket science and IME only a very small percentage of candidates can not be trained up to exam standard.
I did 5 days back in May and now working Delivering fuel on class 2 work for a local family firm. My highest pay I’ve ever had and job and knock so like today finish at 2 with a 7 start and paid until 5 winner winner. Don’t let people put you off mate, I did mine because I was sick of rogue companies on the skips and it was a decent course. The company I’m at now trained me up for 3 weeks so was confident when sent on my own
