I know this sounds stupid but better safe than sorry. Passed class 1 and want it printed on my plastic card now mainly for a showoff :wink:

I didn’t leave it with examiner because I needed it for an abroad trip. Now as far as I understand it is only - pass certificate + old card to be sent on SA99 1BR - no need to fill and send D1/D2 forms?

Scan everything before sending - you do not get pass cert back

They don’t print it on your card, they issue a new card, they used to glue / paste a certificate in the old Black / Brown books

You do need to fill d2 form with the add after pass field ticked.

I though you need to fill D2 only if you need to change address (as different address on current license) or name. Otherwise just certificate and license.

If You have a look at the d2 form it has a check window for exchanging the licence after passing an exam, i did the same as i needed my licence a week after the exam and the training bloke explained it all. Youll only need to put your details in, sign it, and tick the box and dont forget to sign the pass certificate as well :wink:

sent the certificate and the old plastic. Hopefully that will do. thanks all.
