last night someone nicked my adblue. I had it full, it definately not leaking and they have taken that funny adaptor thing out the top of the filler cap.
I know its probably a silly question but I didnt think adblue was worth stealing? The diesel wasnt touched. Anyone else had this happen?
its not worth stealing to and cant understand why some one would steal it unless they dont understand trucks and have stolen it by mistake

just look for the 1st macodougall van broken down that you see in the immediate vicinity,thatl be the answer.
Hopefully they’ll have thought it was diesel, fill a van up with it and destroy it.

I’ve heard of all sorts being nicked, headlights, wing tops, lenses, bulbs, susies but I’ve never heard of ad blu getting stole. But it does have monetary value and if someone needs it and doesn’t want to pay for it well the op has found that out the hard way how the rest of the story goes.
Someone is obviously pulling their fairground around with relatively new tackle.

CCTV has now come to light thanks to forge lane industrial estate in Minworth, Sutton Coldifeld.
The Adblue was stolen what by all accounts appears to be a group of youths in a 2002 Vauxhall Corsa, after having tried the diesel cap. Locked. So they took the Adblue out of “spite” by the looks of things.
Engine management light on and lorry running in limp mode. Little jerkoffs. My only question is - what did they do with the Adblue? Absolutely sick of thieves now.

there will be burnt out cars all over the place in that area. opposite forge lane is castle vale housing estate otherwise known as crack central.
