Actros mp4 Bigspace

My christmas present from work is an upgrade from my little mp2 streamspace into a bigger better faster more 62 plate mp4 bigspace, I’m actually quite looking forward to going back to work!
I go into central London every now and then, the northbound Blackwall tunnel is a 13’ restriction, does anyone know how tall my new unit is to save me clambering around with a tape measure?

It should have it posted someone in the cab.

Unless you pull a flat bed, its more likely that your trailer will either be the same height or taller than your cab. So go with your trailer height. Plus the air deflectors on trucks are set at different heights so you won’t get an exact answer to your question.

audio broadcast to full movie, go for it

We go through with our Mega Space, Big Space and Giga Space Mercedes but we do have bulkers on :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Yeah I should have mentioned it’s usually with a flat on, I realise that all of our curtain and box trailers are over 13’. But then I thought I’d made it obvious that I’ve been going through already with my older, smaller unit!

I’m guessing you don’t have the adjustable wind deflector on top then?

at least when you go through it and take the roof off you can pass the buck onto trucknet as it shows due dilligence and saved you 2 mins with a extending rule.im quite sure your employer will be ok with that and stick you into a new truck.
I remember starting with norfolkline and coming off the boat with about 10 other dudes with similar trailers…I still took the detour around dunragit as I had forgot to measure their trailers beforehand.i knew it would go under, and the others went straight through, but I had to just check myself. 2 mins with a rule,or all day with plod, vosa, and the recovery boys,i think id go for the tape measure route myself and save myself the …hello boss…phone call.

yeh, sorry mate, I had been on the dandelion & burdoch last night and was clearly failing to make a funny joke.
MP2 is a compressed file used in broadcasting, such as radio
MP3 is the music file you will have on your usb stick or iPhone
MP4 is the video file you watch on you tube.

so “Actros MP4” could become “Movie Actress” - incredibly that amused me last night

Fine, I’ll measure the ■■■■■■■ thing. As you were.

But to put your mind at rest nobody gets to rip their roof off in the Blackwall, just bells, whistles, a fine and a statistic on a sign

As long as your trailer is same height or lower than your cab you’ll be fine mate, trust me !
