I have installed a cb radio above tacho din on actros MP4 power behind no problem but I can’t find anywhere to route the antenna cable to the roof. Our trucks are leased so no drilling allowed. Anyone got any tips?

Sunroof 
wiggle it behind the rubber door seal after taping it up to death so its well padded,than whang the door shut on it…itl squash it in a bit and the extra tape will keep it undamaged…or long cable and similar for the sunroof as the previous dude said.
Mine goes through/under the drivers door seal, along the underside of the plastic thingymabob and out to the back to the mag mount on the rear of the cab.
