Did anyone else see the accident on the A14 near Risby yesterday? I’m trying to figure out what happened.
For those who don’t know what I’m talking about. It looked like a British Gypsum truck was in the layby up on the kerb and a car has run into the rear OS corner. But that’s where the truck was parked when I drove past it. The car was trashed and the front NS was peeled back, the T-bar bumper of the truck was bent over and the driver was out of the truck and appeared to be OK.
I can’t figure out if the truck was actually parked in the lay-by and the car ran into the stationary truck or the accident happened on the road while driving
Truck was probably parked in the lay-by. A lot of the morons who spend the rest of the year driving their cars to/from school, Tesco and work are doing their first or one of their first trips of the year outside of their normal area of driving this weekend. I get to suffer them on a Friday night going over the A66 from Easter til end of September.
