Mine has to be the kettle, ive got an attachment that goes on to the air tank for pumping the tyres but most people have that anyway very handy.
CB radio and on a more practical note On-board weigher (license-saver in my job) and automatic sheet.
Water, wet wipes, toothbrush & toothpaste and bedding. Can endure anything with those.

A good insulated mug a U.S.B charger, a good quality bluetooth earpiece an Ipod with an axillary cable, a smartphone a torch and a pack of wet wipes.
