ok, story so far; applied for provisional LGV/PSV back in late march with hospital letters etc due to poor eyesight for those of you with time - DIPLOPIA
required a another questionaire on health during May
only found out the other day they’ve been writing to the old hospital which has now been demolished despite providing the new address with a note to say to use the new address as the old one does not exist any more
got a letter sent through over the weekend, another medical with my old consultant.

So why were you writing to the old hospital 
if you had new address
Yes that sounds about right for then as it has been at least 6 mth since your 1st application & they will want to know if there is any change welcome to DVLA medical section
YESSSSS!!! YESSS!!! YESSSSS!!! finally got my C & D provisional entitlement after nearly a year of waiting!
