And about time this county gave something to the older generation :laughing: even if it is an old folks home, that the residents have to sell their own homes in order to be looked after in their old age.

We went to visit friends in Wales a few years ago. The wife saw a signpost for Abergavenny and said, ‘oh look, thats where the soup comes from’

I sat there wondering what soup she was on about and I finally said ‘what soup?’ She said 'Abergavenny soup, you know, the spicy tasting one. I pondered this for a few minutes and said, ‘you dont mean Mulligatawny soup do you?’…thats the one she said.
