The A90 is shut after a digger and dumper fell off the back of a lorry after hitting a bridge.
In the picture the lorry can be seen parked at the side of the road.
That’ll be a difficult conversation with the boss

Will bridges never learn! That bridge was hit about five years ago and was out of action for two years. The insurance people were playing funny beggars. Looks like history repeating itself.

Got a heavy crane behind the cab so possibly a 26 or 32t
Looks like the buckets were in the dumper - it’s sometimes more convenient to carry them there as opposed to having them clutched on the deck - dumper has rolled over, the hoops bent, when the digger collected it whilst making an exit.
The digger arm has pushed the cab well back - bit of a mystery how he’s set off with the thing waving about in the air - bridge has a min of 16’.

It was 8 wheeler, one of the drivers are work went past it on way back to yard, looked like digger hit the bridge and took everything else off with it from what he saw
Digger arm in the dumper maybe? Must have looked high when the driver loaded it.
