A55 WB around Chester shut

Bulk tipper gone into the back of a container this morning (I passed EB at about 0830). A55 shut from the A51 junction to A483 junction.

NS of bulkers cab was all mangled where its hit the back of the container wagon, so hopefully the drivers are Ok…

Drove past that this morning. Looked a right mess. Hope the driver is ok.
