Been closed since approx 02:00 just after Uttoxeter and JCB.
My planner told me it’s a jackknife and driver thrown through the window but that could be cobblers of course.
Just checked TrafficEngland which says it’s reopening at 08:45, which is two hours after my hours are up!
As I was 3 from the back of the queue I reversed back to the previous slip road, the copper at the top of the ramp sent a highways gadge down to inform me I could either rejoin the back of the queue or have a ticket.
I didn’t think my reversing was that bad as it was dark at the time!
