We’ve had a notice at work from the Highways Agency advising us of overnight roadworks on the A5 between Dordon & Grendon. They are due to start on Monday 25th. June & should be completed by Saturday 21st. July.
The work will be carried out between 21.30 & 06.00.
This will affect anybody going up the A5 to Birch Coppice or to the M42.
They say that if there’s to be any road closures, then diversions will be signposted. I think they’ll also have a convoy system in place as well.
the diversion they usualy use if the A5 is shut around dordon is up A444 towords buton on trent and up to J11 M42 and back down to J10 M42
