Im coming out of Nottingham tomorrow then got a drop in Cromwell nr Newark, as ive not been near the A52/A46 junction for a couple of years,i was wondering if the A46 north misses out the 15’3" bridge at Bingham nowadays, as last time i was anywhere near there they had just started roadworks and were going to put a dual carrigeway in somewhere or other, and i dont know if its finished and if it misses the bridge out now.
Yes the new road avoids the bridge (or at least it did when I came back the other way, Newark to Nottingham)
All duelled from Leicester direct to Newark now - bridge is still there to the side but road is not in use anymore.

No longer double stacking plaster boards out of East Leake then as they were well over 6ft!!!
