I take it the a43 will be closed tomorrow but does anyone know what time it closes and what the diversion is like?
Shut for three days from tomorrow.Divert is A508. A 221. A 222.Not sure of the times.Only vehicles going to the Silverstone are allowed on the A43.
Im going off at M69 to avoid it.
Probably until late Sunday night. Why is the A43 for the exclusive use of people who waste a fortune watching cars go round and round this weekend?
Good point. We should get some money off the road fund licence.As the tax allows ALL road usage.
The Grand Prix at silverstone is one of the main reasons it was upgraded to dual carriageway and they paid a bit towards the upgrade.
And like already posted, it’s only 3 days a year, so no great sacrifice.
