A38 northbound opposite the Racecourse is The Esso garage called the winning post.
Its fully open and up and running.

sarnies pies and pastes etc its a Spar store with plenty of bits to stock up on if your tight for time.
During the day they have a bakery with all the usual.
At night they have a microwave which is handy if you wanna warm up your pies etc
I don’t know what cards are taken but will check tonight.
Its all nice bright and new with inside loos for them that remember the old place this is going into Star Trek world 
The back road has been re surfaced and widened a bit but as of yet there is no night parking or parking for rest breaks at the garage but they are looking into it, but with the service road re done at the moment you may get away with parking on the right hand side on the way out ( no double yellows)
