going from Shoreham to Littlehampton tomorrow.fancy the scenic route…is the A259 artic friendly?,or shall i go the sensible route,the A27? 
Yes its artic friendly. I’d avoid the A259 through worthing itself. At Steyne Gardens in Worthing turn left and go all the way along the seafront (beware mobile camera van) at the end of the seafront you have to turn right at the end, go straight over the mini roundabout to the next large roundabout and turn left to rejoin the 259. There’s no difference time wise (9/10 it’s quicker this way too)
