The poor unfortunate driver who lost a brace of those mini wheels off his double decker today?
The wheels were sat on the grass northbound and he was about a mile further up on the hard shoulder by J15. It was the offside front axle that had lost them so, I can only assume that they must have come off, bounced over three lanes, then hit the central crash barrier and bounced back over four lanes.
