shouldnt that be 100 % ?
Last time I checked the speed limit for a truck over 7.5t on a dual carriageway was 50mph anyway so the limiter shouldn’t have an effect.
Of course the majority of drivers ignore this.

That’s the problem, in a loaded lorry (no matter what’s carried) some brains are needed, which I fined a few drivers out there are lacking.
How I see it is if I can’t get past because we’re evenly matched il sit behind as its going to make no difference in the end of the journey, where as a rollover your ■■■■■■.
And with the ■■■■ we carry, I wouldn’t want to be on the side of the road when that spills!
Adverse Camber / speed/ human error ? all items could play a part maybe 
certainly has it`s fair share .
