A14 Bar Hill

Starting from 5am Monday 11 November there will be some changes but mainly affecting local traffic but there could be a knock on effect to westbound through traffic.
They are closing the westbound slip into Bar Hill ( where the 3 lanes become 2 towards Huntingdon). Instead local traffic will come off at the previous junction 30 to access Bar Hill.
I am only guessing here but the knock on effect could be that traffic will be squeezing into Lanes 2 and 3 much earlier and not long after the Girton Interchange.

Just another day in the life of construction of new A14.
