Has anyone been caught speeding in the stretch approaching the canning town flyover on the A13, where the limit goes from 50 to 30 mph?

I ain’t been done yet . But that’s sheer luck I shud imagin as I only noticed it this week 
Not been there for a couple of years but as I recall the signs were not very distinctive amongst all the other distractions and it started right at the slip road.
I don’t know anyone done there yet, and I go through about 6 times a week, but I come off at the slip road, so I am past the last 50 camera, and just past the first 30 camera, so haven’t actually been right through the 30 section (ie over the flyover) - But I did get done further back at Dagenham, in the 50 section.
Took the course & was told that the Scameras are not always working, they switch them on when they are having a purge,
Apparently, they monitor average speeds & when they start rising - they switch on the cameras and issue a load of tickets until the speeds come down again?
