Pal of mine got a tug today at the above location. The check was conducted in the shaded area the the live roundabout junction. Not sure this the safest of locations. Do7ble standards from law enforcement. Is this now safe and legal location for a break.
By the way the check was clean and ive seen the sheet.
Never seen them pull anyone there before.But seen a few taking a break on thst wide hatched area.Even so.Like you say.Not the best place for a check.

See them all the time it’s beyond stupid as they are still on the hard shoulder.

Can’t believe people would park in laybys with all of those empty bays in service areas and truck parks available?
I’m confident that something will happen soon. In another thread it’s been announced that the Government is having an enquiry or consultation so we can be sure any minor problems will be fixed soon.
