Stuart you are very close with clues as to my identity, especially on destinations this could help ,(--------two thousand)?!!
come on its not that hard,is it game over ? prove me wrong or not
HI JACK COUNT me in for ths please would be good to see all you guys again
Jack Graham:
Well guy’s, I’ve had a discussion with Stuart Sugden and we now need some names and how many want to come to our get together, we dont have to have a full blown party first of all, but a chat, a drink, and some grub, “a running buffet”, something very informal and friendly.
Up to now we dont seem to have many names to make it a party, although we all seem to be enthusiastic, so let’s have some names for sometime in November, we have a place to go which has a room for over 100 people, we have a room for a smaller group of about 20 to 30, or even 40.
I thought we could get just the guy’s together first and then make arrangements to have a full party with wives, partners, so it’s open for discussion between us all, on this page and come up with a few ideas, I think it will be hard pleasing every one, since there are still some of us who actually still have to work for a living and will find it hard fitting time between work and pleasure time.
Stuart is flying out on his hol’s on Sunday and will be gone for two weeks, and if we pull our finger’s out we can get it booked as soon as he comes back in 2 weeks, dont forget to let all the drivers and mechanics know and get them all together on this. Regards:-Jack![]()

Here is a bit of social information for Lookingin re. Jack Robbie. I had known Jack Robbie for many years before Aone bought out Parrotts. He was introduced to me by my grand dad in the White Bear in Birstall where he and his pals [ one of them owned Wallace Arnolds in Leeds ] were held in awe as they played 5s and 3s for one pound a point whereas the locals played for one penny a point. At Christmas time he always gave some of the regulars some rum from a barrel he always bought for his drivers at Christmas. He always seemed a really decent guy but to get to the top of the tree like he did he must have been tough and ruthless in his business dealings.
A good bit of television coming up soon.Friday 24th September at 8pm on Channel 5 six one hour episodes of the Eddie Stobart story. Well worth a look.

COUNT ME IN JACK STUART BROUGHTON MAY LEED A LIFT ( HAS ANY BODY HEARD FROM LES MULLINGS )( OR MAY BE WE ALLREADY HAVE )
Thanks guy’s, if we can we’ll try to have it in the first two weeks in November, and try to please everyone if possible, as I said Stuart is going on holiday on Sunday for two weeks, and on Thursday I’m off to Belgium for a Drag-race meeting but will be back on the 28th September, so we have a good month to get as many as we can and have our long awaited revival, and chew some fat about old times and friends, and past friends, so dont worry Keith 2 we’ll do our best for you, after all we cant miss out you can we,
, so in a couple of weeks I’ll have a count up of all who have replied and start from there, so we can book the room and the catering for a running buffet, Oh! yes and the beer to swill the sarnies down. Regards:-Jack
