Hi all
can anyone solve an ongoing argument for me about the signing of the speed camera on the A1 at penmanshiel (southbound) I need to know if the speed sign before the camera says 60mph or if it is the national speed limit sign ive tried all ways to find out and dont get up there very often to see for myself!!

it’s actually 50 as the camera is sited in the short single lane carriageway section and has caught many a wagon as it’s got the ability to distinquish between cars and wagons, i have three points for 46mph to prove the point so be warned either north or south bound you need to be easing off well before the end of the dual carriage way to be under 40 as you go through.
