Yes i saw it too this morning at exactly the same time, i was heading southbound to leaming bar.
Single vehicle, no other vehicle involved, and 2 or 3 heavy recovery vehicles already there.
It was very icy this morning though.
They were still sorting this when I drove last at about 9:30pm
Is that 5th wheel still holding on hence it bending the heck out of the unit? Going to be a tad expensive to fix, but our lot would still ask if we could drive it to the main depot on 3 wheels. 
Guess this proves that salt doesn’t sort all the roads, assuming there wasnt a [German car] or Tuffnells truck involved in the original skid.
Doesnt matter its all insured. I just hope he didnt go a minute over his alloted driving time or he will be jailed.
