Incase anyone is planning to run through Notts today, the A1 north of Newark is shut by a lorry fire and not expected to reopen until mid afternoon according to the only snippet reports I can find.
A lot of traffic is diverting via the A46 and A616 but be warned theres a long traffic jam at Ollerton due to the A614 and A57 merging there.
(Pretty sure today is Fri 13th in disguise going by the roads chaos tonight inc the overnight A50 screwup).
