they are on percentage so as many hours as you can get in lol
Walkin floors chip liners ,tippers and some timber motors .THere on 22% of wot the wagon makes after a set amount , plus basic wage max hours descent kit !some of the work ain’t the best (waste no landfill though) they all seem fairly happy talkin to some there lads
