I did try to fit this CAT engine into one of our Big J’s but it stuck out too far and there was no room for the 5th Wheel ( Not Dave

What a great picture. The Leyland Beaver BKA 762 has reversed up to the rear of the loaded trailer,
to make it easier for the man to spread the sheet, and then climb back down.
The Leyland Beaver AKB 982 at the rear appears to be pulling the other trailer out of the building

Continuing with the letter “J”, These pictures have been seen before on several Trucknet threads.
The Jarvis Robinson Leyland Beavers from the late 1930s were a regular sight in the Liverpool
area until the mid 1960s, I started as a HGV driver with Jarvis Robinson aged 21 in the summer of 1965
