A million km’s, and it still has a full tank of diesel.
Not sure it was such a good idea, but took a pic of my odo when it read 6 x 6’s.
How old is it? I had a 55 plate DAF out the other week with 1.8 mil K’s on it. Noticed it’s going to be screwed in the next 200,000 Ks because the odometer wont display 2 Mil! What a shed it was, complete with rusty bumper…

I wouldn`t mind doing it if I had time, the facilities are far better, as we know…But I like my home comforts too much and time is precious to me…I used to like the odd night out, but these days I become bored very quickly.
They asked everyone if they would be willing to do it, so it is there if you want it I guess.
But…France, Belgium and Holland are very boring to drive in, the Berlin run wouldn`t be too bad I suppose…But if you do it once, I guess they would expect you to do it again.

hahahha, I have seen 1yr old DAFs with rusty bumpers, seriously…why they have not started making them in plastic or composite or something instead by now I have no clue, hardly a new problem to Daf is it ?

Think they’ve fixed the rusty bumper on the upcoming model, apparently it will be galvanised from now on. Time will tell!
Must be a manual box on that? Keep it till its done 5 million at least!
