A lorry driver died when his truck crashed into a Royal British Legion club building.
The man, who has not been identified, was delivering milk in Wednesbury in the West Midlands at about 20:00 GMT.
His vehicle smashed into the building at the junction of High Bullen and Church Hill.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and a number of customers were evacuated from the club “as a precaution”, police said.
The area was sealed off while the building was made safe and the vehicle recovered.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said officers were attempting to identify the driver and notify next of kin.
Officers have appealed for witnesses to the crash to contact them.
