HI all yes gazzer they did have an 8 legger but was mainly artics also had a bedford tm tractor that did dirty water what was left from brewing out of harp and guinness at park royal and also the brewers grains from same brewers thats what the 8 lgger did most of the time a big bloke called dave drove that and a bloke called fred drove the bedford cant remember there last nameâs charley might know.

Have you told Gazzer that the first round is on him? I seem to remember Going to Alton once but as you say it is far flung and very difficult to get to from Micheldever you have to change buses three times

An update on the August bash My brother has been in touch with Jim Rawlings and he has hinted that he will grace us with his presence but he did emphasize that he is an OAP and waits eagerly for his pension to arrive each week .Also kevin,Wilf,Jim Ferguson and a few others from up that way have assured Mick that they will attend.Has any one heard from Richard Goodchild he has kept a low profile lately I just hope he is ok.Richard we would like to see you there.

I had been in touch with Richard via Skype,but have heard nothing for about six weeks.Don,t have a tel no for him.Hope he is ok.Terry Sparrow was round for coffee this morning and is shipping out at the age of 72 to Italy on Sunday.Second job in two weeks for Kevin Rawlings.Puts me to shame.Regards Charlie

I am not very pleased, I went to Alton as Maggie D said it was for 14 days. A holiday would have been nice. Well my wife (No8) drove me over to Alton Towers and blimey you have got a big house and garden. BUT I think a cousin from Ian was there as I had to pay and go in !! I asked everyone where Charlie is and no one new you?? . I did have a go on your Mont Cenis ride and goes down so fast my a###s#ole is now a polo neck top ! After a couple of days a bloke said that ALTON is in Hampshire. Well I cant go to Alton now but should be ok going to Shedfiel to see you , wilf, sparrer etc etc at the pub thing.
