Good evening all. Just got back from Jimmy’s funeral.Threw it down with rain. Huge turnout. Many had to stand. Lot of faces. Bob Newman who did not recognise me. Or me him. Brain Damage was also there but we managed to swerve round him. Ernie Bignall also showed. Great to see him.All in all was a good send off. We didn’t go to the wake as I had to get Terry home so we drank to Jim with coffee. Excuse me if there was anyone there who I failed to recognise.Regards Charlie. Sorry. Double clicked.
ASR never really faded away…Kev Arlette is on there now with “Pretty Boy” Mark. Hopefully he will update more photos on his travels.
Has the FH gone Gazzer?
Horry: I’m not sure, there is a new DAF, it was on the DAF stand at Beualieu. Whether it replaces the VOLVO I don’t know. No doubt Kev will be forthcoming later.

I won’t mention that The Joker appeared on the back of a book and in Les Routiers magazine…um plus all and sundry casual photographers at various points along the carriageway…I’m too modest to mention!
