Am I right in thinking that POA does not count towards the 6 hour rule?
e.g. I start my shift at 06:00hrs, work for 4 hours, then have 1 hour POA. Can I then work again until 13:00hrs? (as 1 hour during the 1st 6 has been POA).
I’ve been getting infringements to do with this freekin’ 6 hour thing (despite having one of the excellent Hours Guards) and I think the crap software the company has does not recognise POA as discounted from “other work”
