A Quick Nudge

Not quite a nudge but a builder on a site dumper refused to get off while I loaded him this morning. Full throttle I launched the pea shingle over the skip and steering wheel straight onto his lap. His face was a picture and hadn’t a leg to stand on when he reported me as he shouldn’tve been sat on the dumper anyway.

and if he had got hurt do you think that you would still be blame free
simplest and most sensible would have been not to load him

I thought it was illegal to sit on one whilst it was loaded?
Where’d you stand with VOSA, using one on the road for delivering materials?

I wasn’t the one sitting on it.

I normally do the lesser and dump the load infront of said vehicle.
